Instructions

  1. Spread the frozen cream puffs in a large, shallow bowl or casserole dish. Mix the low-fat quark with the milkmaid and spread on the cream puffs, always slide a tablespoon full over a cream puff (this creates the beautiful cloud shape). Now distribute the berries on the cream and garnish with mint, lemon balm or pistachios.
  2. Can be prepared a day in advance or 2 - 3 hours before serving so that the cream puffs thaw.
