Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and orange sugar until frothy and add the oil.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually add to the dough while stirring. The dough should now have a tough consistency.
  3. Now the orange lemonade is stirred in until an even, creamy mass is created.
  4. Put the batter for mini muffins in praline cases (makes approx. 50 mini muffins) and for normal muffins in the usual muffin cases (makes approx. 16 - 20 muffins).
  5. Bake mini muffins for approx. 10 minutes at 180 ° C
  6. Bake normal muffins for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C
  7. Since every oven is different, I advise you to take a look in the oven from time to time and possibly check with a toothpick whether the muffins are ready.
  8. For the icing, mix 6-8 tablespoons of lemon juice with enough powdered sugar until a creamy (not too liquid) mixture has formed and spread over the cooled muffins.
  9. With icing, the muffins still taste super juicy even after 2 days!
