- Crumble the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water, add sugar, let rise for 10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of oil, knead, let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, cut out 12 circles (approx. 9 cm diameter), place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees (circulating air 205 degrees).
- Cut the salami into slices. Wash and clean the peppers and dice like mozzarella. Mix together tomato paste, 4 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread it on the pizzas, top and bake for about 18 minutes.
