Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water, add sugar, let rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of oil, knead, let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough, cut out 12 circles (approx. 9 cm diameter), place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees (circulating air 205 degrees).
  5. Cut the salami into slices. Wash and clean the peppers and dice like mozzarella. Mix together tomato paste, 4 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Spread it on the pizzas, top and bake for about 18 minutes.
