Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  2. Clean the small potatoes and rub dry. Quarter the unpeeled potatoes lengthways and place in a deep bowl. Peel the carrots and cut them into 2 - 3 parts. Quarter these pieces and add to the potatoes. Add the oil, paprika and salt and stir everything through well.
  3. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
