Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs. Cut the schnitzel into 4 cm pieces and turn them several times in the beaten egg. Crumble the pepper chips (like breadcrumbs). Turn the schnitzel in it several times.
  2. Heat the olive oil (as desired) in a frying pan and fry the mini schnitzel on both sides for approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Cut the lemons into half slices and serve on a tray with the schnitzel.
