Beat the eggs. Cut the schnitzel into 4 cm pieces and turn them several times in the beaten egg. Crumble the pepper chips (like breadcrumbs). Turn the schnitzel in it several times.
Heat the olive oil (as desired) in a frying pan and fry the mini schnitzel on both sides for approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Cut the lemons into half slices and serve on a tray with the schnitzel.
