Instructions

  1. Wash the mint and put it in a pot or carafe. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Pour into the carafe together with the honey.
  2. Pour the boiling water into the carafe, leave to cool. If necessary, stir to dissolve the honey.
  3. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the mixture. Serve garnished with a lemon wedge or a sprig of mint.
