Ingredients
- 15 g mint, fresh
- 900 ml boiling water
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumb
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- N / A lemon wedge (s) or mint for garnish

- Wash the mint and put it in a pot or carafe. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Pour into the carafe together with the honey.
- Pour the boiling water into the carafe, leave to cool. If necessary, stir to dissolve the honey.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the mixture. Serve garnished with a lemon wedge or a sprig of mint.
