Ingredients
- 10 cm ginger, fresh, peeled, very finely chopped
- Lemon juice
- 1 lemon (s), sliced
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 liter boiling water

- Pour the ingredients into a container and pour a liter of boiling water over them. Stir well and let steep for 2 hours. Serve cool and ideally over crushed ice.
- Tip: Instead of lemons, you can also use limes or oranges or round off the taste with a little mint. A shot of vodka per glass is just as good.
