Lemonade

The best soft drink for kids is homemade lemonade made from fresh lemons. It is rich in vitamins and excellent thirst quencher. So, we are preparing homemade lemonade, a recipe with natural lemon juice.

Ingredients
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 120 g
- Water – 800 ml
Directions
- Boil water in a kettle. Wash the lemon and rinse with boiling water (this water is not counted in the ingredients).
- Remove the zest from the lemon with a grater.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
- Boil 800 ml of water in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon zest, boil a little (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and cool. Pour in lemon juice.
- Store ready-made homemade lemonade in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
