Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Pre-cook with a little salt and water.
  2. Then bring the cream to the boil together with the finely chopped mint in a large pan. Then add the buttermilk and the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve hot.
  3. Goes very well with my meatloaf Arabic style in the database.
