• 1 drop food coloring green or blue, up to 2 drops
• 75 g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Mix the milk, cream, sugar, peppermint flavor and any food coloring together until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Freeze in the ice cream maker and add the chocolate chips just before the ice cream is ready.
