Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml cream
- 80 g suar
- 1 teaspoon flavor (peppermint flavor), up to .5
- 1 drop food coloring green or blue, up to 2 drops
- 75 g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, finely chopped

- Mix the milk, cream, sugar, peppermint flavor and any food coloring together until the sugar is dissolved.
- Freeze in the ice cream maker and add the chocolate chips just before the ice cream is ready.
