Instructions

  1. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves. Chop the garlic and pitted chilli. Puree the mint, garlic, chilli, coriander seeds, sugar, a little salt and peanuts. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the mint puree. Stir in yogurt. Fill into jars and close.
  2. Can be kept refrigerated for approx. 1 week.
  3. Tastes great with soups and couscous.
