Instructions

  1. Pluck the mint leaves from the bunch. Coarsely chop the onion.
  2. Add the mint leaves, onion, and half the yogurt to a container. Puree until completely smooth.
  3. Fold in the remaining yogurt and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Season to taste with salt. Serve with papadams.
