Instructions

  1. Put 3 - 4 stems (the more, the more intense the tea will be) rinsed fresh mint in a large glass. Pour hot, no longer boiling water and add approx. 1 teaspoon honey. Stir and let it steep a little.
  2. For a second glass I add 1 or 2 stems and pour over water again.
  3. Tastes very tasty and is healthy.
