Salt and pepper the steaks and brown on each side in the oil. Drain the mangoes (collect the juice), cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Take the steaks out of the pan and deglaze the roast with one or two tablespoons of mango juice and the cream. Put the steaks back in the pan, cover with mango tomato and mozzarella slices, season with salt and pepper and bake in the closed pan for about three minutes until the cheese starts to melt. Garnish with basil leaves.
