Instructions

  1. Cook the mirabelle plums and plums until soft. Turning Lotte through the fleet. Add the sugar, boil and then add the Gelfix. Bring the jam to the boil again, add the chocolate and fill immediately. Turn the glasses upside down for about 5 minutes.
  2. The chocolate runs a little, but gives a nice marbling in the glass when it is filled.
