Ingredients
- 2 kg mirabelle plums
- 1 kg plum (s) (Bühler plums)
- 2 kg sugar
- 4 sachets Gelfix
- 250 g chocolate (droplets), dark, for bakin

- Cook the mirabelle plums and plums until soft. Turning Lotte through the fleet. Add the sugar, boil and then add the Gelfix. Bring the jam to the boil again, add the chocolate and fill immediately. Turn the glasses upside down for about 5 minutes.
