Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg mirabelle plums, pitted
  • 500 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 100 ml rum, whiter
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon desiccated coconut, heaped

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the pitted mirabelle plums with the lime juice, then add the preserving sugar and cook while stirring. Puree with the magic dust.
  2. Meanwhile, roast the desiccated coconut in the pan until they are light brown. After 8 minutes of cooking, stir in the white rum and roasted coconut flakes. After 1 minute, take it off the stove and pour it into clean glasses while hot.
  3. Tastes super delicious, is a creation of my own, because the mirabelle plums had to go in the garden.
