  • 500 g mirabelle plums, pitted
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Put the pitted apricots and mirabelle plums in a sufficiently large saucepan and puree well. Then mix in 2: 1 preserving sugar well, bring to the boil while stirring. Then let it boil for 4-5 minutes according to the instructions, stirring constantly. Then pour into clean twist-off jars and close.
