  • 1 kg mirabelle plums, pitted
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mirabelle plums, mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the rosemary and let it simmer for about 4 minutes while stirring. Remove the rosemary and stir in the rum.
  2. Fill into twist-off jars and close tightly. Makes about 5 glasses.
