Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F)
- Cut the puff pastry into 8 strips
- Finely chop the chilli pepper
- Mix the mustard with sambal oelek in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Brush each puff pastry strip with the mustard mixture and sprinkle the chopped chilli evenly on top
- Place a slice of bacon on each prepared strip
- Fold the left and right edges of the pastry over the bacon and twist each strip into a spiral shape
- Sprinkle each spiral lightly with oregano
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown
