Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cut the puff pastry into 8 strips. Mix the mustard with sambal oelek and season with salt or flavor and pepper. Finely chop the chilli pepper. Brush the puff pastry strips with the mustard mixture and spread the chilli pieces on top. Then place a slice of bacon on each strip and fold in the remaining puff pastry edges on the left and right side. Then twist the strips into a spiral, sprinkle with a little oregano and bake in the oven until golden brown.
