In a salad bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper with a whisk. Add the chopped cucumber and tomato. Add the drained corn and tuna. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything together. Halve or quarter the hard-boiled eggs and place decoratively on the salad. Salt and pepper again.
A fresh baguette goes well with it.
Tips: The salad is easy to prepare. Then just put the iceberg lettuce on top and don`t stir in yet. Mix before serving.
A tasty variation results if you mix in ham and cheese strips instead of the tuna.
