Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup yogurt, 3.8% fat
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper with a whisk. Add the chopped cucumber and tomato. Add the drained corn and tuna. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything together. Halve or quarter the hard-boiled eggs and place decoratively on the salad. Salt and pepper again.
  2. A fresh baguette goes well with it.
  3. Tips: The salad is easy to prepare. Then just put the iceberg lettuce on top and don`t stir in yet. Mix before serving.
  4. A tasty variation results if you mix in ham and cheese strips instead of the tuna.
