Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 7 - 8 minutes until they are waxy and cut into small cubes. Drain the tuna and cut into smaller pieces. Peel half an apple, remove the core and cut small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the pickles into small cubes. For the dressing, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, curry, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Add to the other ingredients and mix everything well. Fits great for grilling or as a party salad.
