Instructions

Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
Wash the lettuce, radishes and tomatoes and peel the cucumber.
Roughly cut or pluck the lettuce, cut the radishes and cucumber into small slices. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized slices. Also cut the eggs into slices and place all ingredients on one or more plates, platter or bowl.
A yogurt dressing with fresh herbs goes well with it.
