- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow
- 1 can corn
- 1 onion (s)
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 5 tablespoon oil (safflower oil)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot

- Cut the Gouda into small cubes. Mix the marinade with oil, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper. Soak Gouda cheese in marinade in a bowl. Slice the cucumber into thin slices, ideally directly into the bowl on top of the cheese, then add a little salt. Dice the paprika and onion and add with the corn. Mix everything together and let it steep for at least 45 minutes.
