Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the ground almonds, baking powder and flour and mix everything together. Mix the chocolate and butter mixture into the batter.
Put the cake in a prepared dish and bake at 160ºC for 30-40 minutes.
Serving suggestion:
If the cake has already gotten cold, it can be briefly reheated in the microwave. Serve with hot cherries and vanilla ice cream.
