Pour 50 ml of vinegar over the diced toast and soak briefly. Peel and roughly cut the garlic. Core and dice paprika and 2 - 4 chilli peppers (to taste).
Put the garlic, salt, cumin, paprika powder, paprika, chilli and the toast with the vinegar in a blender or work with the blender until all the ingredients are crushed.
