Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Soak the rolls in lukewarm water. Finely chop the onion and herbs. Cut the bell pepper and the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Squeeze out the soaked rolls and place in a bowl. Add the minced meat and all the other ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Knead everything well. Moisten your hands with water and shape the dough into a roast. Place this on a baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
