Chop the Mon Cheri chocolates at level 6 for about 1 minute until roughly chopped.
Add the sugar, cream, and egg yolks to the chopped chocolates.
Set the Thermomix to 80°C (176°F) at speed 3 and heat for 8 minutes. After 4 minutes of heating, pour the kirsch through the opening in the lid while the Thermomix is running.
