Cut the meat into thin strips and roll in the flour on all sides, then cover and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Don`t stratify!
For the sauce: heat the sesame oil and sunflower oil, fry the ginger and the finely chopped garlic in the oil for 2 minutes. Stir in equal parts of the soy sauce and water together with the sugar. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
Fry the beef briefly on all sides and toss in the sauce. Serve garnished with leeks or spring onions.
This goes well with rice, neutrally seasoned vegetables or salad.
