Ingredients
Monster Hand
Instructions
- Set up a disposable glove as the cooking vessel.
- Mix the ground beef with pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour the seasoned beef mixture into the glove, then tie it closed at the end to prevent spillage.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then carefully place the filled glove in the boiling water.
- Boil for 15-20 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.
- Carefully remove the glove from the pot using tongs or a slotted spoon — be cautious, as very hot liquid will pour out.
- Cut open the glove with a knife or scissors and drain the excess liquid.
- Cut small strips from the red pepper to use as fingernails.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each finger, securing a pepper strip underneath.
- Grill the monster hand over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned, OR place in a smoker at 130°C (266°F) for 15 minutes.
- Optional: Pierce the fingers with toothpicks to make the hand more stable and prevent it from falling apart.
