Instructions

  1. A disposable glove is also required for this recipe.
  2. Mix the minced meat with all the spices and pour into the glove. Tie at the end so that nothing can fall out.
  3. Place a saucepan with water and boil the filled glove in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then take the glove out of the pot and cut it open with a knife or scissors. Caution, boiling hot liquid will come out of the glove!
  4. Cut a few small strips from the bell pepper to serve as fingernails. Secure each pepper strip with a slice of bacon by wrapping the bacon around each finger.
  5. Now only grill the monster hand nicely on both sides or, as I did, put it in the smoker at 130 ° C for 15 minutes.
  6. Tip: If you want to be on the safe side that your hand doesn`t fall apart, you can prick your fingers with toothpicks. That makes the hand much more stable.
