- 300 g round beef
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon pepper, more colorful
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt

- A disposable glove is also required for this recipe.
- Mix the minced meat with all the spices and pour into the glove. Tie at the end so that nothing can fall out.
- Place a saucepan with water and boil the filled glove in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then take the glove out of the pot and cut it open with a knife or scissors. Caution, boiling hot liquid will come out of the glove!
- Cut a few small strips from the bell pepper to serve as fingernails. Secure each pepper strip with a slice of bacon by wrapping the bacon around each finger.
- Now only grill the monster hand nicely on both sides or, as I did, put it in the smoker at 130 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Tip: If you want to be on the safe side that your hand doesn`t fall apart, you can prick your fingers with toothpicks. That makes the hand much more stable.
