Ingredients
- 2 packs custard powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 liter milk, a little less than
- Sugar, according to package instructions
For the sauce:
- 250 g frozen fruits (e.. raspberries)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml cherry juice

- Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Caution: do not take quite a liter, so that the result is nice and firm! Pour the pudding into two washed-out disposable gloves, ideally you take someone who can help you. Otherwise you can put the glove into a cup, but then pour it several times. Then close the gloves with clips and let them cool in the refrigerator.
- Bring the fruits to the boil with the juice and sugar in a saucepan, puree and let cool in the refrigerator. Leave everything together in the refrigerator for a good 4 hours, the longer the better!
- To serve, dip the gloves in hot water so that they can be removed more easily, peel them off, drape your hands on a plate and pour fruit puree over them.
