Ingredients
- 1 liter mead, e.g. - forest honey
- 1 liter juice, (sour cherry juice or nectar)
- Amaretto, to taste
- Sugar, to taste

- Mix the mead with the sour cherry juice or nectar in a saucepan and add amaretto to taste. Depending on whether pure juice or nectar is used, you can add sugar to the sweetener.
- Heat everything until just before boiling and serve. If you don`t like amaretto, I can leave it out, but I think it goes perfectly with cherry juice.
