Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 200 ml water
  • Vegetable broth
  • Frying cream or oil

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder, mix and form small balls. Then add the cream or oil to the pan and fry the meatballs.
  2. Drain the peas and carrots, add and fry briefly. Pour everything with 200 ml of water and 100 ml of cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then season the sauce with vegetable stock, salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Don`t forget to taste, we always add some parsley at the end.
  4. It goes best with rice or pasta with a salad.
