Ingredients

  • 1 liter juice (blood orange)
  • 2 points pudding powder, vanilla
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder and the sugar with approx. 10 tablespoons of cold blood orange juice. Bring the remaining blood orange juice to a boil. Remove from the hob, add the mixed pudding powder while stirring constantly and bring to the boil again briefly.
  2. Let cool, then stir in the whipped cream.
  3. Fill into dessert bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
