Instructions

  1. Barley and beans are soaked the day before and then cooked semi-soft with the soaking water.
  2. Then you add finely chopped roots, onions and parsley, everything is cooked soft, seasoned and improved with soup seasoning and smoked meat.
  3. The soup is especially good if you let smoked meat cook with it.
