Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat a pan with a little oil on the side. Drain the peas and carrots and cut the leek into small rings. Fry the vegetables in the oil until they soften. Add the cream and sour cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, paprika powder.
