Ingredients
- 2 packs tortellini
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 leek
- 1 packet cheese, grated
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
- Heat a pan with a little oil on the side. Drain the peas and carrots and cut the leek into small rings. Fry the vegetables in the oil until they soften. Add the cream and sour cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, paprika powder.
- Put the tortellini in a baking dish, pour the vegetable-cream mix over it and mix everything well. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
