Instructions

  1. Drain the mozzarella well in a colander.
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the pine nuts and peppercorns and fry for a minute.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange on a large plate. Salt and pepper, drizzle with a little lime juice and the remaining olive oil. Spread the mushrooms and finally the grated carrots evenly on top.
