Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with their skins in boiling water until cooked. Then peel them and place them side by side in a suitable baking dish. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped spring onions and the crushed garlic clove, season with salt and pepper. Then cut the mozzarella into slices.
  2. Spread the cream cheese and mozzarella on the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
