Instructions

  1. Roughly cut or tear the mozzarella and pour into a tall container. Now add the cream cheese and the peeled garlic and puree with a blender. Roughly chop the tomatoes and fold in together with the basil - also puree well. If the dip is too firm, mix in olive oil or the oil from the tomatoes to the desired consistency. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
