Instructions

1. I fill the ingredients, except for the raisins, into the baking machine, let the dough knead in the dough program and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
2. Then I take out the dough, knead in the raisins and form about 12 rolls. I brush them with water and sprinkle the surface with VK muesli
3. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, I let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes in the slightly warm oven.
4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. When the oven is hot, I moisten the baking space with a spray bottle.
