Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 250 g flour, (wheat flour 1050)
- 75 g flour, (spelled flour VK)
- 75 g flour, (rye flour VK), coarse
- 75 g sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds mixed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 20 g yeast, fresh
- 100 g raisins in rum
- Muesli, (whole grain muesli) with sunflower seeds

- I fill the ingredients, except for the raisins, into the baking machine, let the dough knead in the dough program and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
- Then I take out the dough, knead in the raisins and form about 12 rolls. I brush them with water and sprinkle the surface with VK muesli
- On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, I let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes in the slightly warm oven.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. When the oven is hot, I moisten the baking space with a spray bottle.
