Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 ml milk
- 75 grams sugar
- 3 tablespoon amaretto
- 100 g rum raisins, homemade or bouht

- Mix the quark, cream, milk, sugar and amaretto well with a whisk. Finally stir in the rum raisins and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- Then place in the ice cream maker. For me, it stopped stirring after 20 minutes and the ice was frozen creamy.
- Tip: Chopped Amarena cherries also go very well with this ice cream.
