Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes. Add the Ayran, natural yogurt, oatmeal, vanilla powder, and cocoa powder. Gently mix on low speed for about 1 minute, taking care not to deflate the cream. Cut the apples into small cubes and fold them in.
  2. Divide the mixture among 6 jars, filling each roughly 3/4 full. Top each jar with 2 tablespoons of muesli. Close the jars and refrigerate overnight for at least 12 hours.
  3. Just before eating, stir the muesli into the mixture to combine and enjoy.
