Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup Ayran
- 500 g natural yourt
- 150 g oatmeal
- 2 packs vanilla powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder (drinking chocolate)
- 3 apples
- 12 tablespoon muesli (crunchy muesli), e.g., with chocolate chips

- Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the ayran, natural yoghurt, oat flakes, vanilla powder and drinking chocolate. I do this very briefly with the hand mixer, not too long because of the cream. Cut the apples into small cubes and stir in.
- Pour the mixture into jars, fill them approx. 3/4 full, then add approx. 2 tablespoons of granola to each, close the jars with the lids and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Mix in the muesli and enjoy before consumption.
- Well suited for work or school. Makes you super full.
