1. Place the ingredients in the baking pan of the bread machine in the order shown.
2. Depending on the bread maker:
3. Select the correct program (there is usually an extra program for buttermilk bread, otherwise normal) and set the darkest browning. Set the correct bread size. Avoid using an express program.
